duolingo bug: You have lost your wager

Hello, there is some bug in Duolingo: I practice daily for 33 days (every day at least 50XP), but yesterday I received a message: You have lost your wager. Better luck next time! and my "day streak" was reset to 1 (Please look at the attached screenshot). I am alternately using Chrome v49 on Win8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1. Can anybody fix it please? Thank you.

Hello, I read the article through, but I think that's not my case: I am sure, that I have the correct time zone and I did not change it and I had a sufficient XP every day (see the picture above).

Well, if you're in the 1% cases of a bug then, despite the fact that there is unfortunately nothing to do to have it back (bug or not, cf. "We cannot give the streak back" in the same link), I suggest you fill a "Bug Report" form (with as much details as you can, cf. text in this form), those forms being read by staff it could help them to correct the bug (for the future). While they will not answer to it (well, up to some exceptions probably ;) ), because they can't answer to each one, they nevertheless use them (among other criterias) to prioritize their list of bugs to be fixed according to the number of Bug Report forms received for each bug.
