On your browser open a tab for a language that has Words. Then open a second tab and go to Swedish. Then go back to the first tab and click on Words.

It works, thanks for the tip :) So they can easily add it in future updates.

Yeah, it is pretty strange that we can access Words in any language by using these extra steps yet they don't just add the Words tab to all of them.

It really isn't but it is silly to have to go through all of that when they can simply add the tab.

Yeah, when there exists a workaround in the software and there has done for what, years now? And they still won't add the feature officially to the newer languages and everyone is forced to do this stupid language switching thing?

It's probably nothing but a DISABLE_WORDS_TAB flag in the code. There is no good reason for it.

If it's something technical that is in the way then maybe they should get their... technicians (who they pay to work) to fix the problem. I can't imagine it would take very much development time.

I think management lives in cuckoo land.

Yet another workaround: Sign up for schools.duolingo.com and add yourself to a classroom and you'll get full access to the list of words that you have learned.

As far as I know, Duolingo doesn't have plans to implement this feature for Swedish or any other courses that originated from the incubator.

You may want to check out memrise as there is often a memrise course with vocabulary based off of the Duolingo course.

There's actually a course that is entirely based on the Duolingo tree. There was a ton of bonus skills added recently too.
