Is Duolingo still in business?
We sent in an email weeks and weeks ago to set up a commercial account and no one has responded to us. Since Duolingo gets its revenue from its commercial translations you would think that they would respond in a timely manner. Does anyone know of any ways to get in touch with duolingo commercial support?

And yet the immersion page still openly solicits business in this way, so that's not really an answer (on their part). And it's rude beyond measure to treat potential customers with silent indifference. I hope that this is just a case of an email gone astray and that someone will come back to gatsu00 with an apology. I'm surprised that no one at Duolingo felt the need to answer this thread.

If the email has been sent to email@example.com, I agree they should have answered or they should close the solicitation for business in Immersion.
Yeah, it is odd. We've sent emails to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com (the email that pops up when clicking commercial upload). I've even sent it from my personal email that is registered with duolingo getting notifications from them. All just in case if it was some type of issue. Yet, still no answer. Really odd.
