April 3 tech glitch
I have a issue with the site/app Duolingo needing technical resolution. I did two lessons (Gerunds) on Sunday 4/3 and there was a technical glitch and they were not recorded. The app records your "streak" and as a result, my 95 day streak was incorrectly broken because of their technical error. Can this be fixed? Mainly so my streak is restored (I don't mind repeating the Gerund exercises)...thanks!
If it was a glitch then there is a small chance it could be reinstated, otherwise it is unlikely. You need to meet your daily target to retain your streak so you should check your target to see if it is greater than the 20XP you would get from two lessons.
Also, you should purchase a streak freeze from the store and this will just sit in the background until you miss another day when it will get used and save your streak.

To relocate it, edit your original post then select the said forum in the drop-down menu on top-left of the edition area.

There is nothing the admins or moderators can do. They can fix the glitch, but don't ask them for free rewards like a 95 day streak or 20 XP. You'll just have to put up with it. I know, it kinda sucks... :/
Happend to me once and it's very frustrating, Sorry to tell you but as far as I know it is not possible, you are not the first to have this problem. I know it's too late but for it will not happen again it's good to always have a streak freeze
