Korean???

Just wondering if it would be possible to add Korean. I'd love to learn the language so I can understand the lyrics to songs. ;)

안녕하세요! Korean is a beautiful language both in written and spoken from and I'm really into Korean music myself (Mostly K-Pop). Anyway, check this out.

As you can see, English for Korean speakers is currently in development. After that is finished, the reverse (Korean for English speakers) will be worked on. It will probably be a while until Korean for English speakers is out, so you can either start studying Korean now through another website or maybe pick up a language that Duolingo currently offers if you are interested in any of them. I want to learn both German and Korean equally.

I agree Zach! Thanks very much for your reply. Most helpful! In the meantime I've picked up Spanish because it is useful where I live, and will continue to eagerly await Korean for English speakers. :)

Akatenshi, adding a language is no easy matter. It takes lots of time, and I don't think Korean for English will be added for a while. Here is the link, to the Language Incubator but please, in the future, read before you post. The link to the Incubators is located on the right of the Discussion boards

Thank you for the information. I did read as you suggested trying to find this information, but am still new to the site and just didn't see it.
