Is the new Norwegian tree expected to include bonus skills?

I'm wondering... I bought them when they were briefly available for a few minutes a while back. Will they still be there as purchased once they do return?

Luke, Linn et al: I also "bought" them (swapping Lingots). Still unable to open "Nynorsk" as either standard skill or even as 'test out" option. The other "About Norway" only has one question about a vampire in western Norway. "Boken handler om en vampyr som..." Yes, it varies in English to Norwegian , vice versa and "pick all of the correct". Nothing else! These bonus skills really should be easily usable before being released. Otherwise, Norwegian course is very good. 9Jun17

I think the skills weren't actually meant to unlock yet. They appeared the same morning as that major upgrade to the site. Basically, their appearance is a bug in the site that hasn't been corrected.
