Here it rejects 'trái táo' and insists on 'quả táo', which is not right.

Why can't it be 'Để cho" at the start?

"Để cho" is for notifying someone that "it's time FOR me to introduce you, so you should stop talking". If someone is bothering you doing your own business, you can say "để cho".

"Bạn nói nhiều quá rồi. Đến lượt tôi, ĐỂ CHO tôi giới thiệu bạn với quả táo." (You have talked too much. It's my turn, let's me introduce you to the apple)
