After final question, it redirects to the homepage...

For past few days, in web app of duolingo, I've been experiencing a problem.

I tried multiple chapters and when I finished that specific lesson, it just redirect to the mainpage and all the progress is lost. I checked the mobile app and it working great.

I haven't tried on different pcs yet since this error, but I do cleared the cached files and the problem still persist.

Any idea, what might go wrong?

What type of internet connection are you using?

I'm using shared broadband via wifi.
