I think the translation works with or without the "too". The way I see it, "moreover" makes it unnecessary, but the addition of "too" emphasizes the fact that the international testing is in addition to whatever was previously mentioned.

I only had the German sentence with an additional "auch" once: "Außerdem testen wir unsere Produkte auch im Ausland." There the English translation and use of "too" made sense; here, I think, you should report it.
