Dia daoibh,

cathain a úsáidimid ''thú'' in ionad ''tú''?

Mar shampla:

''Feicfidh mé go luath THÚ'' etc.

Agus cad faoin abairt seo:

''Is dálta maith thú'' nó ''Is dálta maith tú''?

Go raibh maith agaibh

It's used as thú when it's the object.

It depends on where the irish is spoken. The official rule is tú when it is the subject and thú when it is an object. Some dialects have completely discarded thú and use tú in both cases. Some use tú and thú depending on the sounds preceding it e.g. in Ulster Irish I often say Chífidh mé tú (See you) vs. Maith thú (Good for you).
