how are we supposed to know which "pound" this is? the lesson is called "Money", but 'y punt' was marked incorrect.

Could this have been answered "y punt"? I also know "the pound" as referring to a temporary animal shelter. Does England and Wales have the same name for a temporary animal shelter?

Pwys is pound as in weight.

I agree. A lesson on money should allow 'y punt' to be marked correct for 'the pound'. I knew 'pwys' but wouldn't have even considered putting it as an answer because of the topic title.
