It isn't as easy to make out what the new speaker is saying in many cases.

On the other hand, the old speaker made a lot of mistakes. (Though not as many as some people claimed).

I'm no expert, but it's obviously more "native". Far as I can tell, the previous voice tried to slow down the language to make it more comprehensible. The new one is faster, with a low volume. If you're on Windows, try and turn on "loudness equalization" to hear it better.
