Facebook OG image missing + Easier Bug & Feedback support

Add a Webengage.com or getsatisfaction widget to capture feedback easily. It's only a hardcore user like me who will take the effort to login and then post feedback.

Also when I shared the link to my facebook wall, the og image was missing. This will seriously hamper your word of mouth marketing.
