Twitter Connect

I've seen on a few accounts that they have their Twitter connected, but I don't have the option, only for Facebook connect. Is this a bug, or am I imagining things?

I can't post images because image hosting sites are blocked on this network.

Can anybody answer the Twitter question asked by @Puddleglum? I mostly use Twitter so I would like to know why this feature was disabled.

People's Twitter handles are there because you used to be able to connect your Twitter handle to your profile. If you'd like to post images in the forum you can use imgur to get a link for the image. From there, just use the following in the forum to add an image. link.png is where you put the URL:
