more english->swedish please

Hello, i must say that there are not enough tasks that make you translate from English to Swedish. This way of translation helps to remember how to use words in actual conversation a lot better, even though it's harder, but it's definitely better for being able to communicate and express thoughts.

I don't know if it's just me, but i find the amount of repetitive swe-eng tasks excessive, and i feel the lack of training when it comes to eng-swe tasks. Unfortunately, i can't choose what kind of translation i want to train, so i have to go again and again through dozens of tasks that i already know by heart (swe-eng ones).

I think we agree that the point of this course is not to teach you how to read books in swedish, but rather having a little talk with swedes.

Please consider changing the proportion of eng->swe / swe-eng tasks, and make us translate more english to swedish. Or maybe somehow make option to train them separately. Thank you.

How much I would love to do more eng->swe translations!

This has been discussed many times before and the sad answer is that the Swedish team can't do anything about it at all. It's up to the general Duolingo team to do this but unfortunately they don't read the Swedish forum. So this topic had better been posted in General Discussions forum if you want them to know...

The good news is that Luis posted some time ago that they are about to change something... whenever that will be. Let's hope the best! :)

At the bottom of the page, if you're on the computer, there are links. One of them is "Help", where there might be relevant details.

the closest thing i see there, is https://support.duolingo.com/hc/en-us/articles/204752064-How-do-I-report-an-issue-with-the-course- it says: "If you have general feedback about a course or language (such as the voice used, grammar questions, or just praise for the team), please communicate directly with the Incubator team for that course. You can contact them via their course specific forum"

i can't see any option to contact the developers of duolingo :(

Then I'm afraid I don't really know how to do. Perhaps raise the question in the general forums?
