Дайте мне вашу тарелку - вашу ???

Shouldn't it be a plural form of ваш, since the plates are also plural. What I understood so far is that вашу is Akkusativ female?

There is only one plate (and it's in the accusative), but the ваш (and the дайТЕ) are also the formal you, so it can be just one person. I guess it could also be several people sharing one plate, but the other is the more natural interpretation.

I think what was really confusing, is that DL accepted my response (translation) give me your plates (plural)

Your (single, accusative) = твою тарелку Your (plural or polite, accusative) = вашу тарелку And that's because "тарелка" is feminine

If we take a masculine noun, ex: стол (table), it would be: Your (single, accusative) = твой стол Your (plural or polite, accusative) = ваш стол

In case of a neutral noun, ex: молоко (milk), it would be: Your (single, accusative) = твоё молоко Your (plural or polite, accusative) = ваше молоко
