Translation:Mi kontrolu la vortojn sur tiu paĝo.
Would "Lasu min kontroli" also work (or is that too much of an anglicism)?
Also, would "en tiu paĝo" also work?

Short answer: if you're trying to say "don't prevent me from checking" then probably yes.

I'm fairly sure that "sur pagxo" is the most common way to say it -- but it's one of those things where the best advice is to use your best judgement and don't panic if someone else does it differently.
Ha, mi komprenas. Esperanto estas pli klara ol la angla, mi pensas: "Let me check" povas havi du signifojn, sed "Mi kontrolu" kaj "Lasu min kontroli" havas po nur unu signifon. Mirinde! :-)
I keep forgetting that kontroli means to "check" and not to "control". Haha one would think that working in quality control where I check everyone's work, I would remember that false cognate...
