Bought timed practice! Now how do I get into it?

I'm not sure if I'm just blind or dumb but I bought timed practice on the lingot page and it says it is equipped, but I don't see a button for it anywhere. How do I get into it?

Try initiating any type of practice and you'll have the option to do it timed.

Thanks! I tried it and I am surprisingly horrible when there's a clock running, but I imagine I'll be the same actually speaking to someone in Italian so it's good for me.
