Is "con cá" a fish swimming around while "món cá" is a fish on your plate?

An interesting edge case: what if the fish were still alive on the plate? There are some cuisines where the fish is left alive while being served to guests: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ikizukuri

Shouldn't the answer be "cooked fish" or "plate of fish". The correct answer "fish" doesnt differentiate between Con cá.

"A dish of fish" should be more correct, although it was not accepted

Why does mon gà not work for chicken when it seems to work for fish?
