The Swedish Department of Foreign Affairs have a publication called Utrikes namnbok, where you can find the names of all countries in Swedish, with translations to English, German, French, Spanish, Finnish and Russian. It also has names of Swedish ministries, authorities, organizations, titles and EU offices. The countries start on p. 65, and also gives adjectives and demonyms for each country. I actually use it a lot for finding demonyms for lesser known countries :)
