It would make more sense to say either 'The monkey took my watch' or 'The monkey has taken my watch'

It can also be "the monkey is taking my watch"

I think it has almost the same idea. Its just that Vietnamese language doesn't have time component in their sentences.

From Chinese 銅壺 , ‘water clock made of a copper vessel’ (lit. ‘copper vase’):

  • Mandarin: tónghú
  • Cantonese: tùhng wùh)

Could I say "cái đồng hồ" rather than "chiếc đồng hồ"?

Đây là tại sao tôi không thích con khỉ. Họ cũng có thẻ lấy thức ăn của bạn!
