Italian - next level is blocked (no matter the score)

Hi there! Is there anyone with the same problem? I've contacted the support, but no answears yet! I've tried finish the section "Food 2" a thousand times, but it doesn't allow me to go on to the possessive pronouns. What to do?

It looks like you haven't done any lessons in Plurals or Animals. You'll have to do those before you're able to progress.

Hi there, kristinemc. Yes, I've done Plurals and Animals, Food, Food 2, Basic 1, Basic 2 and Greetings...all the lessons before Possessive Pronouns lesson...i really don't know what else to do. I even tryed the 3 units although I know nothing about possessive pronouns.
