All three words are given as "man" (yes, I know, ludzie is plural). I get that czlowiek means "man" in the sense of "mankind" but what about ludzie. The Polish section here could use a lot more "Tips and Notes."

http://dictionary.reverso.net/polish-english/cz%C5%82owiek Yes, cłowiek is man meaning human.

Yes, it is men when meaning people. You know they used to think that was the same thing as if women did not count. "All men are created equal..."

osoby = persons

ludźmi = instrumental declension of ludzie

(mortals appeared for ludzmi on google translate but it wouldn't translate backwards so that was highly suspect.) Then I found it on wiktionary: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/lud%C5%BAmi

http://dictionary.reverso.net/english-polish/people

http://dictionary.reverso.net/polish-english/osoba

http://sjp.pwn.pl/slowniki/ludzie.html

I found another on this page: guy = facet https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Polish/Masculine_noun_declension The two words were capitalized so then I wasn't sure if they just meant the name "Guy" because they bothered to do the declension of "Chris", but it is here also. http://dictionary.reverso.net/english-polish/guy

I hope that wiktionary and the other dictionaries will help you out.
