Streak Repair That Did Not
I lost my extensive streak due to a technical difficulty, and my iphone offered me to purchase a streak repair for $9.99. I chose to do so, and Apple accepted my payment. However, my streak was never repaired. How do I complete this or how can I contact Duolingo via telephone to fix this?
Try contacting bchan on her Activity stream. Lately, she hasn't been repairing people's streaks whose Streak Freeze didn't work as expected or who think they didn't miss a day (from what I've seen, the latter is usually a problem with connectivity to the Duolingo servers after a lesson is completed). However, she may be able to help you with a paid Streak Repair.
