iPhone app not syncing
Any lessons I do on my phone are not synced to the web app. My phone app still shows last week's XP count, it did not rollover to zero on Sunday. Also, my streak day count on my phone does not match the streak count on the web app.
I closed and re-opened the web app on my computer. I shutdown my phone and restarted.
I have arekolek's Duolingo Language Course Switcher installed on my computer. I'm not sure that matters.
Success! I uninstalled the whole phone app and reinstalled it. The numbers updated.
Yay! It would have been too bad risking the loss of your rather impressive streak.
From reading the forum I gather that a new version of the App has been released. Maybe that is why the old one does not work properly any more?
Very good suggestion! I had not been alerted about the update, but found it manually. Unfortunately, the problem persists even after updating and restarting the power on my phone. The streak day count on my phone still does not match the day count on the web app.
