Alcohol/dating references - Spanish

I would like to use duolingo classroom for my middle school Spanish students, but is there a way to remove the alcohol and dating references from the lessons?

I found some info on that subject in the Educators help section.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it. The alcohol references are extremely minimal and purely education. Learning words like beer, wine, and alcohol in Spanish won't turn kids into alchoholics. As for the dating references, the few are completely non-explicit and respectful. It's not a big problem.

There is an option to limit it, but it is extremely minimal anyway. Alcohol references are minor, and are hardly explicit, this goes for the 'flirting' skill as well.

Unfortunately, even if the references are "minor," in public schools it would be a problem. (Especially for elementary school teachers.)

I think that probably varies from region to region. I work in a state school, and I'm pretty sure we wouldn't remove the references to alcohol. There's a big difference between learning the translation of a word, and encouraging the kids to go out and get plastered.
