Lost my classrooms/dashboard??
I'm having issues getting to my dashboard. I'm getting notifications about my students' progress but can't seem to my established dashboard when I log in??? Please help!
Hi there, according to our records, your natalierec account does not have any students associated with it. Could it be that you created a second Duolingo account at some point, and/or shared a different email address with your students? Please double check your weekly progress report and make sure you are logged with the exact email address that the report was sent to.
The educators forum is definitely the best place to ask for help - we have a very small team, so we can't reply to every email we receive, but we do monitor the forum. Plus, any answer you receive in the forum may help someone else with the same problem. :)
Hi, I'm a moderator. I deleted your other post because it was identical to this one and there's no sense in spreading out questions/answers/information across multiple discussions. It's more helpful to keep it all in one place. I hope you don't mind.
I don't use Duolingo for Schools, but hopefully someone who does will happen along and be able to help you.
In the meantime, when you get notifications, is there a link to click on? What happens when you click it?

Hello and thank you for your response. When I clicked on a weekly report in my inbox from yesterday, it goes to the schools page which has my name ".............'s classrooms" but there are none listed as previously. It is the homepage which says this is where your classrooms will appear.
