how to write Hebrew correctly

This is common knowledge but I thought i'd share this if any of you aren't familiar with this:

you aren't supposed to write down letters like this אבג

There's such a thing as cursive Hebrew, which is exclusively used to writing in Israel,

Here is the Wikipedia article for it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cursive_Hebrew

it makes writing a hell of a lot easier, hope it helps :)

I love cursive Hebrew ❤️

No offence, but in my opinion the cursive Hebrew doesn't look aesthetical at all. Am I alone on this?

Is it OK if I keep writing in book letters?

I am with you. However we might have to be able to read both ways at some stage, otherwise we'll get stuck. In Arabic this is very similar. Handwritten Arabic is a world away from printed characters. You for yourself can write the way you like, but you must be able to read other people's notes.

It's not very aesthetic, sure

But don't write in book letters, it's be the equivalent of writing all capital letters in every word

Do you know of a good practice sheet? My skills are rather rusty.

So glad that the cursive looks like how I'm writing anyway with my chicken scratch hand writing, thanks for sharing.
