Vowels would be helpful to start
I wish it started with using vowels, then later on cut them out
Yes. Hebrew language are actually quite 'easy', but you must know how to read the letters and words, so the course should start with a very thorough review of the letters and pronouncation before going on. This would help learners, and the learnings process, very much.
I disagree completely. Modern Hebrew is usually written without vowels - it's way better to start as you mean to go on and learn the language as it's usually written, rather than starting with training wheels. It's a much more natural way to learn, and you don't learn to rely on something only to then have it whipped away just when you started to make progress.
