Just wanted to announce the new iOS app was uploaded and released to the App Store today with more beta courses, bug fixes, and UI tweaks.
The Android version was released yesterday or the day before.
I wonder if this is what caused this huge jump in number of Hungarians learning English (from around 3k to 30k now in two days). Wow.
That may just have been the cause. Either that or a bunch of crazy English speakers are trying to teach themselves Hungarian like me. :-)
What I need to know is:
1) If your skills are all golden, can you still do lesson practice?
2) If your skills are all golden, can you still practice
*an entire skill* (rather than its separate lessons only)?
I am pretty sure that will still be the case, as there was so much protest after they changed it last time, but I just want to be really sure about this before I update :).

Here is my short explanation, since I couldn't find any links. What you'll need: an iOS device, a computer with iTunes and iFunbox.
Use iFunbox to copy all the files out of the app's documents folder, for a backup.
Update the app.
Sync with iTunes. If you had the older version of the app already synced, it was sent to the trash.
Move the appname.ipa from the trash to another directory.
Delete the app on your device.
Delete the app's new version from your iTunes library.
Drag and drop the old IPA into iTunes.
Go into iFunbox and add back the files from the documents folder.

My app will not connect now. I wanted to switch and work on my desktop, but the app hasn't communicated my progress to the website. I can not open any new modules on my app. I have tried shutting down and restarting my iPad, closing and reopening the App and none of it is working.

I can't wait to check it out, even though I don't use the app that often. Is there anything major anyone has noticed? (I can't get the update for another 7 hours)
There are now little Checks and Xes for each of the days on the progress chart. All beta courses are added.
I just updated it. I do not see any differences so far. I looked around and started a lesson (I did not finish it because I am at work). I see the beta courses, but I do not participate in them so cannot comment on whether or not they were even there before. There may be some details that have changed, but I must not have noticed exactly what they were before.

i don't like the new Russian localization in iOS app. Is there any way to disable it and revert to English UI?
