Nope. That's different. But the "Another correct solution:" "Hüte habe ich." sounds really weird, although it's not wrong. Don't ever use it.

You could definitely say that but I would not be a translation for "I have hats". "der Hüter" with the letter R is a guardian. Great opportunity to learn about the popular German lullaby: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schlaf,_Kindlein,_schlaf Here, the father is a "Hüter".

Mein Hut, der hat drei Ecken. Drei Ecken hat mein Hut. Und hätt er nicht drei Ecken. So wär's auch nicht mein Hut.
