An ndéarfaidh tú é sin aríst, más é do thoil é? I suppose that is one way to say it. It's ''will you say that again, please?''.

That sounds like it's a bit more blunt. Maybe that's just because of the way I interpret it in English, though.

In English, you can put the "please" first, so it can sound blunt if you don't, but in Irish, le do thoil would generally go at the end.

You could probably say gabh mo leithscéal, an féidir leat é sin a rá arís? but it's a bit unwieldy

Abair arís é is an order and is more blunt like proinsias123 says, but depending on your tone it can still fit the situation.
