"Mit most csinálsz?" would be translated to "What you are doing now?" In short the question word (mit/what) is referring to the time instead of the action.
A: "This is not good." - "Ez nem jó."
B: "What is not good ? What you are doing now?" - "Mi nem jó? Amit most csinálsz?" (Can also use simply "mit" instead of "amit".)
