Is it wrong if I use "szia" as goodbye instead "viszonltátásra"?

You can use "szia" for goodbye, but this is informal.

Is "szia" not only for hello?

You can use as both hello and bye.

I am a native turkish speaker and i didnt even notice the extent these two langs are similar since i heavily concentrated on grammars and structures of indo-european languages. I changed my view, returned to thinking via my own lang and got mesmerized by the similarity...

Why I can't use "köszönöm szépen, viszontlátásra"? I think that this is polite, and can be direct translation from thank you. Please include "szépen" in possible answers. thanks,

"Köszönöm szépen" is usually translated with "thank you very much".

you can also say kosz (with the two dots on the o) it's just not as formal

Similar to saying "thanks" vs. "thank you"?

Can't you also use "vislat" for goodbye?

You can use. Viszlát is the short version of viszontlátásra.

Is "Köszönöm, viszontlátásra" and "Köszönöm, sziasztok!" the same? I ask, as the question, which led me here, did't give the first as solution, but only the second, and I am a bit confused.

The viszontlátásra is formal, and the sziasztok (it is in plural, if you say goodbye to more than one person) is informal.

Thank you very much.
