Wrong answer accepted as correct

During a Hungarian lesson I forgot meaning of a word, so I just wrote nonsense instead of it, like "gdbfdbh". And this was accepted as a correct answer!

Hi, if you encounter an error like this in a course, the best thing to do is use the "Report an Error" button. That creates a report that goes to the course developers.

Posts in the general forums or even in the sentence discussion frequently get overlooked because the course contributors don't see every post that gets made in the forums.

Everything is ok with the sentence, but I wrote "gfdbgfv" instead of a translation and it was accepted. That is not a contributor's mistake, that's maybe a bug.

Right, and the contributors need to check their course to see why that answer was accepted as a correct translation. You use the "Report an Error" button to let them know that happened.

If it's happening with every sentence, you might want to write directly to the course contributors to let them know. https://incubator.duolingo.com/courses/hu/en/status

This happens in Spanish as well. Even incomplete translations are accepted as correct, while perfectly accurate translations are sometimes pronounced wrong.
