"Ceri Lingo spent"
Translation:Gwariodd Ceri Lingo
there is no context for which spent and the question i got before this was the other type
Another zombie sentence, I am afraid.
A better example:
- Gwariodd Ceri lawer o arian yn y siop 'na ddoe. - Ceri spent a lot of money in that shop yesterday.
Did ceri lingo spend time or money? 50:50 and I blew it, so how do you answer?
Understood, but the question asks us to translate 'Ceri Lingo spent..' what? Without context should we assume by default it was money and not time? My offering of 'Treuliodd Ceri Lingo..'was deemed incorrect.
As mentioned above, this sentence is a zombie - it has already been deleted as not being unhelpful, but due to a Duolingo bug it is still appearing even though we can no longer edit it.
