Is there anywhere online I can find them? I've not really had any luck in my own search, so I'm hoping that somebody can help.

Subtitles would be ideal, but not absolutely necessary.

I've found a lot of beginner-intermediate listening excercises online, but I'd really like to start listening to something a little more natural, even if I don't understand most of it at first.

Thanks in advance.

Check this out:

You can watch a lot of Swedish shows there for free. I recommend Vem Vet Mest; it greatly improved my listening skills.

Thank you very much! Vem Vet Mest is just what I'm looking for, and as a bonus it's based on my all-time favourite game show. I'll have to see if I can find it elsewhere, as there only seems to be the kid's version available on SVT Play.

Thanks again.

Usually the kids are in their teens, and most are pretty smart !.

I like watching the kids version, even though some of the questions are easy you will be surprised. It's not boringly easy, and has improved my listening skills a lot.

Give it a shot.

Probably not what you're looking for, but this is too epic to not share. Creepy doll film that aired 1985.

At the moment I've only watched two Swedish shows, "Welcome to Sweden" (American/Swedish comedy set in Stockholm) and "Äkta Människor" (sci-fi drama), both great. Where to find them? Actually, I don't think I'm allowed to say here on Duolingo.. let's just say that the Internet is a great resource.

Jag förstår. I may end up there, especially considering how good the British remake of Äkta Människor was.

Watch Welcome to Sweden. It's in both Swedish and English but because it is about an American moving to Sweden, it contains the cultural differences you may face when moving or travelling to Sweden.

Really funny and heartwarming show. It is probably a show I would watch even if I wasn't learning Swedish.

Lots of TV programmes, some free, some you have to pay for (most of the swedish ones are for free). And there are swedish subtitles, which help (at least me) a lot.
