"We have water inside us", which I wrote, is idiomatically correct English and should be considered correct. It is, in my humble opinion, a good equivalent rendering of the original sentence in Hebrew. Don't you agree?
"We have" would be "יש לנו" It basically means the same, but it's not the translation of the sentence.
