Something like this?

There is no way to lie down "to" something in English.

"We lie down on the beds." "We lie down in the beds." "We get into the beds and lie down."

I hope you reported all of your corrections, I'm sure the contributors would appreciate them.

Yes, I report prolifically :)

I also report prolifically. Many of these movement things are not literally translatatable with to. Perhaps we go to lie down on the bed suggests movement

also, "are lying down" should be acceptable. But never "to" the beds.

Where is the down?

"Ágyban fekszünk." "We are lying in bed" Would be easier for English translation. 1. But Hungarian has more details to offer without adding much more words: 1. It involves the whole process, as a plan from start to end, like: 1. We (plan to) lay down, (not on the ground, but) on/in the beds.

* "1." was meant to be a new line. Something went wrong...

But this is a unit on preverbs.
