Nice reference :)
Yes, I love how they include references to popular culture, such as memes or Dr.Who series.
Right, I love that scene where Captain Picard says, "Its elementary, my dear Chewie"!
This scouter is obviously broken...
I wish these refernces would be explained to outsiders as well. Because otherwise, just seems like a normal sentence to me..
It's a quote from an animated japanese show that's turned into a meme: http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/its-over-9000
קייעוקן! כמי המי הההההההההה!
The English translation should be: "IT'S OVER NINE THOUSAND!!!!"
No way that can be right. Can anybody post the sentence with nekudot please?
זֶה מֵעַל תִּשְׁעַת אֲלָפִים. ze me'al tish'at alafim.
Thanks. Now I can send this to my son, who introduced me to the Anime meme several years ago. It became a running joke for us.
You are welcome
Why is the word nine in its construct form here? The tips-section says that in definite cases the number go into they construct states, but what is definite here?
If I am not mistaken, multiples of 1,000 are always written in the construct state.
