In inglese quando si parla di acqua in generale, non dovrai usare 'the'. Ma quando si parla di una specifica quantità d'acqua, dovrai usare 'the'. Es: Once upon a time there was A crab. THE crab wanted water. The crab saw water and the crab drank THE water.
...the fact is that wrong is the Italian sentence. If I hear "the crab drinks the water, I'd ask whichwater? and if the reply were "the water you see" also in English I should find the article. Is it not true DL?
