Could someone explain why you'd use the verb to be rather than to wear here?
Maybe it's just that way - but is there a problem with something like the following?
"A nők szép ruhákat viselnek" ?
It's correct too, but more formal. In colloquial speech "van" is preferred.
In my opinion 'hordanak' is the mirror translation for 'they wear'.
It is kinda hard to have every correct option available, but still as a native speaker I cannot make the shortcut perfectly.
