I mean, yes, it's important to learn something useful that you can surely use for your future, for a future job. Ok, and we are agree but...

No one never say the magic word....passion? Why everyone must say before that dammit word "useful"?

First of all decide what you really love: do you like french? Do french! Do you like esperanto? Do esperanto! Ignore that dammit "useful" word, and choose what you really like before.

If in your question you are looking for advices like: "what is the most easiest" and you don't really know where to start, do in this way: go to youtube and look for example : french pronunciation, italian pronunciation etc, listen to them, compare them in your mind and decide by your instinct what you may like more, despite its difficulty (because every language has its own difficulties).

About the easiest language, probably the most easiest for a spanish speaker are always the romance languages. It's still a subjective thing, for someone is easier portuguese, for another one french etc.

Anyway , try to follow my advice: go to youtube and watch/listen to some videos; i'm sure that you'll decide alone what you are going to choose; our opinions are only..opinions xD (i'm sorry for the pun) but it's up to you at the end what to choose and we won't surely do.

Lol x) I always prefer to study languages which can be useful for me, but it's true that if you want to study one that you just like that shoudn't stop you...Your point of view is good ;). Oh and I'd like to say that this would be the correct form of your sentences in Spanish: "Perdonadme si no hablo español pero no ME ACUERDO de nada y escribo en inglés. Almost perfect :)

Well, it can be useful as you want but if you don't have the passion to study it is useless xD. Even my sister, she knows that english is surely useful but she hates it because of the teaching methods that she received at school...she hates it so much that she refuses now to learn it.

...and then languages (and i mean all) are never useless. For example, lots of people consider japanese a useless language because is spoken only in Japan....wrong, because there are also american communities in USA that speak japanese.

In my case, japanese is surely well appreciated since during the summer alot of japanese tourists come here so...it's useful for sure xD.

Yes,yes, i know that my spanish is a crap xD but i'm trying to recover what i've lost in the last 3 years ù-ù.

Hhahah I don't know x) When I was very young (in Primary School) I didn't like English at all but when I started to understand things and I noticed that it was very useful I started to like it and I wanted to learn more. Same with French~~So it can happens anything ^^'' But that's also true: any languge is uselesss. In fact, Japanese is one of these languages that I also want to know but I'm afraid because it isn't as "useful" as French or German and I can't still speak properly any of these languages, but it you think about it, it can be used also for a lot of things. For example, there are also a lot of Japanese tourists in summer here xD

Well, try to see it from this point of view: maybe japanese is not required as german or french; but you can always try to learn it but in a different mode you are doing with french: for example, if you dedicate 30 minutes to french for day, just dedicate only 5 minutes to japanese (for a word, for grammar etc)...at the end it's not wasted time but it's always something that you can always use for your future (or maybe not, who knows).

Probably i won't even use french, spanish, german or japanese but i don't care, because i love languages, regardless its usefulness or not :).
