Shouldn't there be a question mark?

Note that in formal speech the stress in איפה is word-final.

Uh, is he saying "ee-foh" instead of "ey-foh"? Is this an alternate pronunciation?

I.e. I hear in the recording אִיפֹה whereas I've always heard it like אֵיפֹה

Some sources seem to confirm: http://forvo.com/word/%D7%90%D7%99%D7%A4%D7%94/#he https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%D7%90%D7%99%D7%A4%D7%94#Etymology_1 https://milog.co.il/%D7%90%D7%99%D7%A4%D7%94/e_118/%D7%9E%D7%99%D7%9C%D7%95%D7%9F-%D7%A2%D7%91%D7%A8%D7%99-%D7%A2%D7%91%D7%A8%D7%99

It is "ey". Maybe takes some getting used to the accent

The guy from Forvo is right, it should be e-FO. The yud is silent.
