'Itt egy táska van' was marked incorrect? What's wrong with it?

Additionally, the 'correct answer' was 'Itt itt táska van', or 'Here here there is a bag'. This doesn't make sense to me, surely that's incorrect and not the answer I put?

I too would like to know if "Egy táska van itt? is acceptable or not. I don't understand why the answer should be, "Itt táska van itt?". Could anyone explain please?
