this is just a weird sentence. What does it mean to be received by someone? To meet them? hmm

'sie' should be translated to 'it' in this case. The German 'sie' can refer to any feminine noun (e.g. 'Ihre Antwort' - 'your answer') while the English 'she' only refers to people. The use of the passive voice is also a bit strange here. Why not 'I haven't received it, yet'?
