is "az eladó keres egy jó kenyeret" wrong? I saw here many examples where the word order was interchangeable.

Technically it is right, but it emphasises that it is the salesperson looking for a good bread, whereas, the natural assumption (without context) would be, that the interesting thing in the sentence is that what the salesperson is looking for is a bread that is good and not bad. Thus it sounds very-very unnatural.
