"Tizenkettő repülőgép" ?

Tizenkét repülőgép!

Tizenkettő is more emphatic, but correct nonetheless.

Only if you want to emphasize -kettő rather than -hét. Otherwise, only -két is correct.

Fölött vs felett? Also, why does duolingo often show one translation when you submit, and a different one in the forum? Thanks!

Don't ask me about Duolingo logic ;-)

But fölött and felett are both correct.

Thank you! Is there a subtle difference between the two (fölött, felett) or a reason or situation in which you might choose one over the other?

As far as I know, there is no difference. But there are regions, where the "e" is pronounced like "ö" and vice versa. A few words kept that two versions. Another example is seprű/söprű (the broom).
