I was wondering this too. I think it has to do with punctuation. There is a period at the end of the sentence, so the English translation with also be a complete sentence.

When there is no period in the original, it's usually an incomplete sentence (often just a noun phrase). So, if they wanted the translation you gave, there would be no period at the end of the sentence.

I think that's what we're seeing here.
