"Dewi Lingo is a wise man."
Translation:Dyn doeth ydy Dewi Lingo.
Is it actually wrong to express this as 'Mae Dewi Lingo dyn doeth' ? My understanding is that if you don't want to emphasise Dewi Lingo as a wise man (as opposed to someone else) it is, or is this simply the most common way of expressing it?
Anything with an occupation, name or role (such as this) is best expressed as an emphatic sentence, with the occupation, etc, coming first in the sentence.
